For any concerns, billing questions, email settings, account recovery, or support, please email us directly at step2framework@gmail.com. When emailing support, please include your full name and the email address used when setting up your account.

One email is delivered each morning at 5 AM. It includes the new permits that match the cities and trades you selected. If nothing matches that morning, no email is sent.

Open Email Settings from the header, check the cities and trades you want, and save. The next morning's email uses those filters. You can turn daily updates off from the same switch.

You can manage billing anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation is handled through Stripe.
