Your account

You create an account with your full name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for that account.

  • Keep your sign-in details private.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Permit Tracker is not an official city website.

Acceptable use

Use Permit Tracker to review permit leads for your own contracting work.

  • Do not misuse the service.
  • Do not attempt to break into another account.
  • Do not present the leads as an official municipal record.

Payment and renewal

  • Paid access is a $19.99/month subscription billed by Stripe.
  • The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime from your account billing page.
  • Stripe applies the cancellation.
  • Access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
  • The subscription does not renew after that period ends.

Daily updates

If you leave daily updates on, you agree to receive one automated email each morning about municipal permit alerts for the cities and trades you select. You can turn daily updates off from Email Settings at any time.

Lead Availability & Client Responsibility

Permit information is provided solely for informational purposes to help you identify potential business opportunities. It does not constitute a guarantee, promise, or representation that a job is available, vacant, or will be awarded to your business.

Permit Tracker is not responsible for securing, negotiating, or closing any contracts or jobs on your behalf. It is entirely your sole responsibility to contact project owners, submit bids, or follow up on permit leads to secure work.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of municipal permit records provided by third-party government databases.

Limitation of liability

Permit Tracker is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost jobs, lost profits, or other damages that result from using the leads, a delayed or missed email, or an interruption of the service.
