Information we collect
When you create an account and use Permit Tracker, we collect the following:
- Full name.
- Email address.
- Payment details, handled securely by Stripe. Permit Tracker does not store your full card number. Stripe shares the billing status we need to open your account.
- Daily update settings: whether updates are on, and the cities and trades you ask us to watch.
How we use information
We use this information only to run the service you signed up for.
- Create and secure your account.
- Send the daily permit alerts you request.
- Manage your subscription.
We do not sell your personal information or use your email address for unrelated marketing.
Email delivery
Daily updates are transactional messages about the permits that match your settings. Our email provider delivers those messages to your account email. You can turn daily updates off at any time from Email Settings.
